We have finally reached the final 12″ x 12″ block in the EPP Party, Chicago Star. To think we are reaching the end makes me a little nostalgic on the utter awesomeness of this experience. But I know there’s a mondo centerpiece coming after this so I”ll save the sappiness for that post.
All the remaining shapes for the EPP Party can be purchased at Paper Pieces in Party Pack 2. Or you can print out the shapes using the free templates provided on Pat Bravo’s blog.
LAYOUT
The layout is pretty straightforward in the creation of nine 4″ squares with the pieces. But the smaller pieces could get confusing, so I laid out all of the larger pieces first before I integrated the smaller pieces. Then it was way easier to visualize.
And here’s my finished block.
PRIZES

Okay. Love this block, but did anyone else see Matthew’s comment about a “mondo centerpiece coming”? Does this mean that the 12 blocks are going to go around a the mondo centerpiece?? I’m curious!
