Legendary Squares Pillow

Posted on January 9, 2019January 27, 2024 by Mathew Boudreaux

Since I had some squares left over from the Legendary Squares Quilt Top that I creates, I decided to use them to make a partner pillow so that I could share the advanced chain piecing technique in a YouTube Tutorial.

Never did I ever think that sewing squares together would be as gratifying as it is in this video. Advanced Chain Piecing is definitely a skill that every quilter should learn as it will improve both your efficiency and quality for more than just squares.

The pillow is around 16″ x 16″ and I used a total of 49 squares (7 x 7) to make it.
