A few weeks ago, I started this blue crochet hat while I was on the Shi Show over on the Lion Brand Yarn Facebook Page. Shira founded Hat not Hate, which is an organization and campaign which uses blue hats as a beacon for the fight against bullying. Seriously check it out, it’s definitely something that I’ll continue to support.
So when I decided to finally finish my hat, I decided to film a 2-for-1 YouTube tutorial showing folks how to do Half Double Crochet (HDC) & HDC-Back Loop Only (HDC-BLO).
